Invitation to Tender: Mayflower Park Café and Community Facility, Angmering, West Sussex
Angmering Parish Council invites suitably qualified and experienced organisations to submit tenders for the design, manufacture, delivery and installation of a new Café and Community Facility at Mayflower Park, Angmering.
The Council is seeking innovative and practical proposals to deliver a high-quality, accessible and sustainable community asset that will provide:
A café and refreshment facility
Public toilet facilities
Flexible community meeting and activity space
Facilities supporting youth, wellbeing and outreach activities
Space to support events and activities within Mayflower Park
The successful contractor will be responsible for providing a complete turnkey solution from design development through to installation, commissioning and handover. The Council has allocated a maximum project budget of £750,000.

Site Visit
A site visit will be arranged for interested tenderers during the week commencing 24 August 2026. Attendance is strongly encouraged to ensure a full understanding of the site, constraints and access requirements.
Angmering Parish Council reserves the right not to award a contract and shall not be liable for any costs incurred by organisations in preparing or submitting a tender response.
