The park is located off Mayflower Way, Angmering BN16 4AY. It can also be accessed on foot from Rowan Way, Angmering and across the A259, using the crossing.

Exciting Facilities for All Ages and Abilities!
BMX Pump Track – Packed with bumps, jumps, and turns, this dynamic track is perfect for riders of all skill levels.
- This facility is unsupervised – use at your own risk. BMX riding is a high-risk activity, and accidents may happen without outside interference. Riders should be aware of this and take full responsibility for their own actions.
- Under 11’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
- The track is one-way only.
- Choose the right bicycle:, While BMX bikes are commonly used on pump tracks, other types of bicycles such as mountain bikes and dirt jump bikes can also be suitable.
- All bikes must be in good working order and have working brakes. Please note, bikes fitted with stunt pegs are not permitted on the BMX pump track.
- Safety Gear: Wearing appropriate safety gear is crucial when riding a BMX pump track. Riders should wear a helmet, gloves, and trainers or other rubber-soled shoes suitable for BMX riding.
- Trousers and long-sleeved tops are strongly recommended. Riders may additionally wish to consider wearing knee and elbow pads. If wearing short sleeves and/or ¾ shorts, elbow and kneepads must be worn.
- Start Slow: If you’re new to pump tracks or unfamiliar with the specific layout, start with a slow pace to familiarize yourself with the track’s features and flow. Gradually increase your speed and confidence as you become more comfortable navigating the course.
- Respect Other Riders: Pump tracks are shared spaces used by riders of varying skill levels and ages. Be mindful of other users and yield to riders who are moving faster or have the right of way. Avoid sudden stops or unpredictable movements that could cause collisions or disrupt the flow of traffic on the track.
Skate Bowl – Designed for BMX bikes, scooters, and skateboards. Drop in and enjoy the ride!

- Age Restriction: Not suitable for children under 5 years old.
- Children under 12 should be supervised by an adult.
- Wear protective gear at all times: Helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards are strongly recommended.
- No motorised vehicles (e.g. e-scooters, e-bikes).
- Do not use in wet or icy conditions – surfaces become slippery and dangerous.
- Do not climb or hang on the bowl structure.
- Only one person per section at a time – take turns and be respectful.
- Keep the area clear – no bags, glass bottles, litter, or obstacles on the ramp.
- No graffiti, vandalism, or abusive language.
- Use responsibly – no reckless or dangerous behaviour.
Skate Ramp – Great for both beginners and seasoned skaters looking to practice and improve.
Play Road – Our newest feature! A fun figure-of-eight road with gentle humps, ideal for bikes (including balance bikes) and scooters.
All of these fantastic facilities are set within open green spaces—ideal for picnics, outdoor games, or simply relaxing. With plenty of benches and scenic walking areas, it's the perfect place to enjoy the sunshine or walk your dog.
