Register of Members’ Interests

​Under Section 29 of the Localism Act 2011, Arun District Council is obliged to maintain a register of disclosable pecuniary interests notified by members of Parish Councils on taking office.

Under Section 29(7) of the Localism Act 2011, the Parish Council is required to publish a copy of the Register of Interests applicable to its own members on its website. This can be downloaded below.
