Did you know we give grants?
Every year Angmering Parish Council give grants to local voluntary, community groups and organisations.
The contribution made by the numerous organisations to the well-being of the local community is highly valued. In support of such voluntary efforts the Parish Council allocates a modest annual budget to award small grants to voluntary and community groups, subject to available resources. The purpose of the grant is to support voluntary and community initiatives which enhance the quality of life for residents in Angmering.
The budget for 2025-26 Financial Year is £5,000
In 2025-26 we awarded Community Grants to the following clubs, groups and organisations:
- Home-Start Arun, Worthing & Adur
- The Angmering School
- St Margeret's Church
- Air Ambulance Kent, Sussex & Surrey
- William Older Playgroup
- Tyler's Trust
- Friends of Angmering Station
- Angmering Twinning Association
- Arun Counselling Centre
- Angmering Football Club
- Arun Community Transport
- Worthing Table Tennis Club
- 4Sight Vision Support
- St Margaret's Church/Dementia Alliance
The budget for 2026-27 Financial Year is £6,000
So far this year 2026-27 we have awarded Community Grants to:
- Home-Start Arun, Worthing & Adur
- Family Support Work
